At HawksShop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your athletic gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items back in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure your return is accepted for processing.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the gear, your refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.
